Duties :

  • Must be able to operate all types of equipment/ machinery, once trained.
  • Must be able to lift, pull, and move parts up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for the full shift.
  • Communicate well with coworkers, supervisors, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and adhere to all guidelines.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
  • Keep the machines clean at all times.
  • Identify safety hazards within the area and notify your supervisor of them.
  • Review your work for any quality defects, before passing it to the next operation.
  • Follow all work instructions for each area you work in.
  • Have a clear understanding of the production process.
  • Support manufacturing team in resolving issues, if asked.
  • Perform all job functions according to establish standards.
  • Have strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to work efficiently, effectively, and independently.
  • Must be able to meet daily production requirements.
  • Must be reliable and maintain a good attendance record.
  • Must be able to understand/ read tape measures, check parts in accordance with guages.
  • Must make sure that parts match the MO that you are working on.
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
